We want you to able to wear Citizen Women clothes for as long as possible. They are designed to last. Use and wash your garments with the appropriate care and they should last you a lifetime or two.
Repair
Thank you for extending the life of your Citizen Women garment. Clothing accidents happen! Let us help you.
Send us your Citizen Women garment that needs to be repaired. We will assess your garment and depending on the nature of your garments repair there may be a fee. This fee will be confirmed with you via email before any repairs are made.
Repairs are normally completed within 3 weeks. Returned within 4 weeks. Shipping back to you is complimentary.
Reuse
Have you damaged or worn out your garment beyond repair? Please don’t throw it in the rubbish - destination landfill.
Would you like us to repurpose your garment into something else? If your piece of clothing can be made into something else we will do just that!
Send your garment to us and we will take care of it.
Recycle
If we can’t repurpose your garment into something wearable we will recycle your garment for you. We will remove the buttons, cut the trims, stitching and fusing out and use the fabric for a Citizen Women Dog Bed or add to the compost.

Please wrap your garment carefully and pop a note in the parcel with your garment to let us know if you need either the Repair, the Reuse or the Recycle service.
