Exchanges and Returns

Thank you for shopping with us.

At Citizen Women we want you to be 110% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange or return your garment we offer an easy exchange option or our 100% money back guarantee within 14 days of purchase.

If you would like to exchange or return goods please send an email to info@citizenwomen.com within 7 days of receipt of your goods, with your original order number and reason for return or exchange.  This email information gives us time put aside a garment you may want instead.

Goods must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed with original packaging, labelling, and proof of purchase.

Shipping costs of goods back to Citizen Women are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty.

The goods need to be received via tracked courier within 14 days of your receipt of the goods.

Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check we will send your requested replacement goods (provided we have the requested goods in stock) Or you may choose to have either a Citizen Women online store credit or 100% refund. The choice is yours!

Faulty Goods

If the goods are faulty, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible. We will meet our responsibilities under the NZ Fair Trading Act and the Consumers Guarantee Act.

New Zealand Returns for Faulty Goods

Please contact us at info@citizenwomen.com within 7 days of receipt of delivery to arrange the return of faulty goods. We will issue you with a prepaid courier envelope to send back the goods.

Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check we will either repair, replace or refund your purchase.

Returns, exchanges and faulty goods must be received by Citizen Women within 14 days of customer receiving the goods.

You will not be charged delivery fees for the delivery of the replacement goods.

International Faults and Postage Reimbursement

For international returns. 

Please contact us at info@citizenwomen.com within 7 days of receipt of delivery.  

Please send your faulty goods to Citizen Women and we will reimburse your return postage fee to your original payment method.

Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check we will either repair, replace or refund your purchase.

You will not be charged delivery fees for the delivery of the replacement goods.
