How do I get the best fit?

For best fit please read the individual garment information and measurements.
To help with the best fit and how the garment should look we have included information about our model, her height, bust, waist and hip measurements and the sizes she is wearing in the photograph.
Please measure yourself, read accompanying garment measurements and leave room for comfort and movement.
What happens if a garment is not the right size for me?
Let us know within 14 days and we’ll happily exchange it for the right size for you.

How long will it take to get my garments?
You should expect to have your garments delivered in
New Zealand in 3-4 working days,
To Australia in 3-10 working days,
Rest of World in 5-10 working days.
What are your delivery charges?
Free Shipping in New Zealand and Australia on orders over $150
Flat fee of $5.50 in New Zealand and Australia on orders under $150
Rest of World Flat Fee of $40

How do I make a PRE ORDER and how long will it take?
Step 1: Simply order and purchase through the Citizen Women website, you will receive a purchase confirmation email.
Step 2: As soon as the garment is ready, you will receive an email letting you know your garment is on its way. You can expect delivery within 4 to 6 weeks of your order.
Is it safe to use credit cards on this website?
Yes, we don’t store any of your credit card information, that is handled by our payment processors and we never share your personal information with anyone else.
